ICUV is a coalition of experts from several Ukrainian NGOs united by a common goal — to advocate for Ukraine’s victory in the russian-Ukrainian war. The group includes foreign policy specialists, PhDs in Social Communications, and Members of the Ukrainian Parliament.

We emphasised the “C” in the abbreviation to create “I SEE Ukrainian Victory,” incorporating sharp, fang-like quotation marks into the logo to convey the strength and resolve of Ukrainian civil society in its struggle for independence against a totalitarian gulag empire.
